Change Into Smiles 2018

This was an idea created to show that anyone can figure out a way to help others by even collecting their spare change and banking it to put towards a cause. We challenged friends and family to collect their spare change for 2 months and to help the Covenant House in Oakland, California. The Covenant House is an organization that helps homeless youth by giving them shelter but also develops them by giving them mentors and teaching them job skills to find a job to be able to support themselves. 

It was requested by the Covenant House to add lighting to the living room area of the facility to make the area feel more like home for the youth. With everyone’s donations we were successful and made it possible.
